Alyeria Faith

When you move beyond limitation,
you find what true freedom actually feels like.

Alyeria Faith is a neurosomatic practitioner based in Sedona, Arizona. Her work sits at the intersection of nervous system science, somatic therapy, and two decades of study in healing traditions from five continents.

"I've spent the last fifteen years as an executive coach, relationship coach and somatic practitioner. Over the last 5 years my work has centered more and more around my spiritual teachings and neurosomatic healing techniques. From working with those in business, high performers, families, couples and individuals across the world, I've come to learn that the deepest transformation happens not in the mind, but in the body, and the unconscious."

Throughout her career, Alyeria has trained in a multitude of somatic modalities, nervous system and facial techniques, neuroscientific models and interoceptive work. She has studied under lineage holders in traditions spanning Celtic, African, South American, and Eastern practices — completing over 3,000 hours of formal training and 10,000 hours of personal practice.

Now she works with people who've done the intellectual work and are ready for the next layer. The work that happens in the body and the unconscious. The resolution — not just the understanding — of what's been running in the background.

Her foundational belief: health and well-being is not the presence of something, but the absence of obstruction. The body already knows how to heal. We just need to complete the interrupted process and release what's no longer needed, returning to the well of our being.

"The result isn't a new identity. It's a return to the wild truth of who you already are."

Philosophy.

Most of what limits us isn't a mindset problem. It's a nervous system pattern. And patterns can be resolved.

The nervous system doesn't lie. It's running exactly the program it learned to run; usually a program designed for survival in conditions that no longer exist.

Most of what you believe about yourself is survival-based fiction. Your nervous system is operating in a context of believing that everything is a threat. Re-wiring for safety is the key to your personal freedom and well-being.

When you heal your nervous system, your full self (your soul) has space to take up residence within your being.

"When you heal your nervous system, your full self has space to take up residence in your being."

Sedona desert

Where the land
holds the work.

Sedona is not incidental to the work. The land itself is part of the container — a place where transformation has been sought for centuries.
