A private retreat is the deepest container I offer. For 3, 5, or 7 days, we work together daily in an immersive environment designed entirely around your transformation.

Each retreat includes daily somatic and energetic sessions, integration time, sessions with other facilitators — plus 90 days of follow-up support.
